This workshop will allow them to comprehend the need to think beyond and outside of the box. The main goal is to improve their visual intelligence: think visual, be visual.

This workshop will focus on Visual Vernacular, its prominent features (including facial expressions, gestures, classifiers), and will include hands-on activities to see the benefits of using Visual Vernacular in theater.

The workshops are exciting exercises to develop your body and facial expressions. Come and learn how to master controlling your body, eyesight, technique, iconic gestures, and special effects in ASL and Visual Vernacular.

Please note: This workshop is intended for ASL/sign language users. Non-sign language users may find it challenging to participate.
