Sissy Fit: Battle Cry
The World Premiere Baby!

'Sissy Fit: Battle Cry' is a drag spectacle of pure, cathartic release— for your heart, soul, and body. It revels in the joy of self-expression and the tension of navigating a world full of inequality, heteronormativity, and societal absurdity. Sissy invites the audience to channel rage, delight, and defiance into an empowering, communal experience. Part lip-sync, part protest, part cabaret spectacle, Battle Cry reaches out to anyone who's ever felt too much or not enough to embrace their inner 'Sissy' and unleash an outrageous, radical transformation dripping with spectacle.

Content Warning:
Feelings of transphobia and body dysmorphia BUT the play will end happily – like we are going to talk about trans issues/the premiere in ways which may be triggering but, I got you, we go through the shit to find the light and then we will party. Also, loud noise, haze, and flashing lights.
Tickets are Pay-What-You-Can. Suggested Price $35
At
Azimuth Theatre, we believe art should be accessible to all, regardless
of financial circumstances. That’s why all of our tickets are based on a
Pay-What-You-Can model. We understand that everyone’s situation is
different, so we leave it up to you to determine the value of your
experience.
While we suggest a ticket price to help cover
production costs and support our artists, we understand that this may
not be feasible for everyone. Whether you can give more or less, what
matters most to us is that you join us in experiencing the magic of
theatre together. No matter the amount, your contribution is valued and
appreciated. Your support enables us to create meaningful connections,
spark important conversations, and inspire change through the power of
storytelling.
