Bil Lepp grew up in a family where the truth was fluid. It was always up to the listener to decide what was true. As a result, Lepp grew up to be very funny storyteller and champion liar. In 'Bil & Skeeter Break the Ocean' you meet seven-year-old Bil. Bil has gotten it into his mind that he needs to change the world. The only problem is that he isn't good at anything. His mother assures him that most people who changed the world had narrower goals in mind. In this hilarious storytelling show Lepp takes us on journey. It's a journey involving the water cycle, last-place ribbons, and his mischievous Grosspapa. It's a family road trip in a car with more cigarette lighters than seat belts, angler fish, a broken ocean, and a little self-discovery.
