WALRUS
Kiana is taking you on a British day out! From museums to country
manors, we are having FUN!
Who doesn't love stolen artifacts,
questionable replicas and overstuffed taxidermy?
The legacies of
places, homes and objects are to be questioned. As the day goes on, the
harsh reality of it all is harder to ignore, and getting an ice cream at
the cafe just won’t fix it...WTF is this doing here?
Walrus is a one-woman show that invites you into what it's like across
the pond, with some things closer than we think. Kiana really just needs
a hand to hold out here.
Kiana Wu is a Taiwanese-Canadian artist born
and raised in Mohkinstsis, Treaty 7 Territory/Calgary, Alberta.
She
is a graduate of the Stella Adler Studio and is based in London, UK.
WALRUS is a one woman show about Kiana moving to London, England. She describes museums, houses and the objects inside of them that she finds interesting. Kiana tells stories from her personal life, that connects to these places and objects.
