Jesus, Mary, and Jo
When her daughter Jo reveals her teenage pregnancy, pastor’s wife Mary enacts a plan to convince her entire town that the child is the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Once one of their staged “Miracles” turns deadly and a dark secret from Mary’s past threatens to reveal itself, Mary and Jo must both make difficult decisions and grapple with what it means to have so much influence over the life of one’s own child.
Mary's teenage daughter Jo tells her she is pregnant. Mary is the wife of a pastor. Mary makes a plan to tell the entire town Jo's child is the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. Jo and Mary stage a fake "miracle" but it fails and a dark secret of Mary's past threatens to reveal itself.
