Spotlight Cabaret presents a funny musical comedy at The Garneau Theatre. The show is about two people falling in love while working in a busy cabaret club full of dancers, music and comedy. The story focuses on love, friendship, freedom, and following your dreams.
The show is a jukebox musical, which means it uses popular songs that audiences may already know. Songs include “Your Song,” “Let’s Get It Started” and “I Put a Spell on You." The characters experience many funny and dramatic situations on their way to finding true love.
This production is fast-paced, colourful, and energetic, with bright costumes, loud music, and theatrical comedy.
