100 Shows of All Time
From award-winning artists Joseph McManus (Rat Academy, Enrichment Hour) and Cadence Sullivan (COWTOWN Brass): 100 unique 2-minute shows get pulled from a bucket. A normal bucket. Shows include saxophone pieces, juggling acts, improvised theatre, clown, poetry, and anything else you can imagine. Inspired by the Neo-Futurists of Chicago ("Neo-Futurism is a constantly-evolving, multi-faceted theatrical aesthetic built on a belief in truthful, direct communication between the performer and the audience."), and centre of the 2023 Edmonton Fringe "PissGate" controversy, 100 Shows of All Time endeavours to surprise you, delight you, crush you, and leave you pink and giggly for the rest of the week.
100 Shows of All Time is a variety show where 100 unique 2-minute-long shows are pulled from a bucket and performed over the course of the week. Some examples of shows are saxophone pieces, juggling acts, stand-up comedy, improvised theatre, audience polls, poetry. The aim of the performance is to be surprising, exciting, varied, and disarming.
