The Wizard of One is a new telling of The Wizard of Oz. This time it is set in a senior citizen retirement community. The Dorothy character just wants to go home. The Scarecrow character has dementia and can't seem to remember well. The Tinman has heart problems and is a little grouchy. The Lion is afraid of germs and scared of new things. All of these characters and more are played by one man. This show has been enjoyed by audiences of all ages.
