Drawing inspiration from British panel shows, Edmontask is a live comedy show where rotating panels of 5 comedians - who have been individually recorded performing a variety of zany challenges - all come together to see their footage for the first time and to be ridiculed accordingly, before competing live to win awful prizes.

Plain Language Description

Edmontask is a show where five actors/comedians compete for points to win prizes. Points are awarded by Edmontask's host, the Edmaster, based on the performance of each comedian in "tasks". Some of these tasks have been recorded in advance of the live show and have not been seen by any of the contestants before. Other tasks will be completed live for the audience.
